The quena is an original flute of South America at the Andean zone, it was played in the Inca Empire, and now in the whole world.
The quena has the necessary characteristics to be able to execute any melody and accompanied with all kinds of instruments.

This quena was made by Fortunato Ramos. 

This quena is tuned in +G (Sol) 440Hz.

It was made from Bamboo of hight quality.

37.7cm (14,8 inches) x 2.57cm (1.00 inches) aprox. Internal diameter 19mm aprox.

    A well made flute, but the holes are too large a diameter.

    This flute for myself is not playable because the finger holes are too large for my fingers to be able to cover. Such a disappointment. If the holes were to be made a little further up the instrument, it may have been more suitable for those with smaller hands.
