Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Q: Can I get combined shipping?
A: Yes, If you purchase more than one item, you can get a combined shipping. All the items will be sent into one package in order to save money. The shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the parcel.

Q: How can I save money?
A: You can subscribe and receive our promotions.  Also, you can save money with combined shipping. 


Q: Is it safe to buy? 
A: After you finish shopping, Bigcommerce redirects you to the PayPal website. Then you can pay. If you do not like be redirected to another page. Contact us, and we will send you a bill to your paypal account. The next time you enter your paypal account, you will find our invoice.
